SUPPLIERS / POS PROVIDERS
During this time, all FTP/SFTP connection sessions and SOAP processes are recommended to be paused until normal service resumes.

RETAILERS
Please do not place orders, retrieve confirmations, or check stock availability until normal service resumes.

If you receive a Pubnet transmission error, please verify that Pubnet has received your documents through the Tracking Tool after normal service resumes. The Document Tracking Guide is available here.

Penguin Random House will be doing EDI System Maintenance on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 11:30 PM EDT to Sunday, June 29, 2025 1:30 AM EDT.

During this maintenance window all in-bound and out-bound communications (ftp, sftp, ftps, AS2, VAN) with Penguin Random House EDI System will be unavailable.

During this maintenance window please do not submit any EDI Purchase orders and you will not be receiving any outbound EDI Purchase Order Acknowledgements (POA), functional acknowledgements (FA), ASNs and Invoices from Penguin Random House.

Pubnet and Pubeasy experienced a service interruption on 6/12/25 from approximately 2-3pm ET due to an outage with Google Cloud, which provides a vital component of our services. While normal service has resumed, there may be further interruptions if Google Cloud continues to have issues.
